Burnout Diary — Abby Hosterman

$18.00

Burnout Diary dives into the chaos and exhaustion of modern life, where overachievement feels like survival and healing is a long, messy process. It explores generational trauma through the eyes of being a daughter no matter who or where your mother is, while also finding small joys. Through humor and ache, it asks: What does it mean to be enough when the world asks too much? How do you become without being shown how?
